I. LEGAL INFORMATION. OBJECT

These general conditions (the “General Conditions”) regulate the use of (including mere access to) each and every one of the web pages located under the domain www.abogadosnoguera.es (the “Website”).

The access and use of the Website attributes the condition of user of the Website (the “User”) and implies the User’s acceptance of all the General Conditions in force at any time when they access the Website.

In addition, the content and services that NOGUERA ABOGADOS makes available to Users on the Website may also be governed by special conditions (the “Special Conditions”) that will prevail over the General Conditions in the event of discrepancy. Therefore, if a User requests or uses the corresponding content or service, they will be subject, in addition to the General Conditions, to the corresponding Special Conditions.

No intellectual or industrial property rights recognized by the intellectual property legislation in force on the Website or any of its elements are transferred to the User.
