I. OBJECT
The purpose of this accessibility statement, dated 9 September 2024 (the “Accessibility Statement”), is to establish the compliance of this website (www.abogadosnoguera.es) (the “Website”) with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, on accessibility of public sector websites and applications for mobile devices (Real Decreto 1112/2018 de 7 de septiembre, sobre accesibilidad de los sitios web y aplicaciones para dispositivos móviles del sector público) (the “Royal Decree 1112/2018”).
Users accessing, using or browsing the Website (the “Users”) should carefully read this Accessibility Statement.
II. COMPLIANCE
The Website is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018, as a consequence of the exceptions detailed in clause III below.
III. NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The following content of the Website does not comply with Royal Decree 1112/2018:
- Deviations from UNE-EN 301549 regarding accessibility requirements for ICT products and services:
- There may be some aspects of contrast that do not meet the minimum requirements in relation to the adjacent colours of the background of the Website section [requirement 9.1.4.11].
- There may be some labels or instructions that are not labelled correctly [requirement 9.3.3.2].
- There may be status messages that do not meet the minimum requirements [requirement 9.4.1.3].
- There may be suggestions regarding errors that do not meet the minimum requirements [requirement 9.3.3.3].
- There could be failures in the sequential navigation through the Website, affecting its meaning or its operation [requirement 9.2.4.3].
- It is not possible to prevent persons interacting by voice input from accidentally activating the interaction elements [requirement 9.2.1.4].
- There may be occasional editing errors in some of the web pages that can be located under the domain of the Website.
- Failure to apply the provisions regarding disproportionate burden.

- Report any possible breach by the Website.
- Report any difficulty when accessing the content of the Website.
- Request information regarding:
- Contents that are excluded from the scope of application of Royal Decree 1112/2018.
- Contents that are exempt from compliance with the accessibility requirements for imposing a disproportionate burden.
In any case, Users must specify in their request for information, in a clear, reasonable and legitimate manner, the facts and reasons of the request.
Users may file a complaint to the relevant body when, having made a request for information, it has been denied, the User does not agree with the decision reached or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018. Likewise, Users may file a complaint if they have received no response within 20 working days.
